But nothing attracts me after hard days work, than this forum.

I've wondered why a few times.

I think its because in general, very seldom do people try to belittle each other. Most people are so helpful.

This is my first post in over a month. Still buying my scenes but also mostly gone back to lurker status on this forum for now. I’ve always had fun coming here, posting the tidbits of info on models/shoots that I occasionally found, as well hyping my favourite girls. But lately the fun got less and less, with the few obvious trolls getting more and more annoying, and the different ‘factions’ (piss/no piss, tattoos/no tattoos etc etc) getting more confrontational (at least it seems that way to me). Maybe I’ll be more active again eventually, but the attraction to this forum for me isn’t what it used to be right now, sorry to say.

The thing I like best is posting a positive comment in a girl's thread, because you feel like you might be helping her get more LP work and also further buys from other forum users. As I'm buying a lot of scenes of late and am loving most of them I'm going to try to make more comments of that nature. I'm aware there are some girls I love whose threads I've never even seen, for example. They're so fast-moving and it sometimes feels a bit daft being late to the party (if I buy a scene like a week after it came out I kinda feel I've missed the boat to comment a bit) but it's great giving good feedback that both the girls and LP generally are likely to see so I'm going to try to post more comments once I've had a good chance to, ahem, "enjoy" a scene.

It's also a useful forum for raising negative issues more generally (I try to keep those out of the girls' threads as much as possible) so in my case that's obviously calling out the excessive/default rough stuff and male ego in the main. It's hard to know how much influence it has but it gets it off my chest a bit at least and if I don't feed it back they won't know. So even though it's not a hugely positive experience (no-one likes to complain, do they?) it's constructive and probably useful in shaping the direction of LP at least a bit, particularly if enough people agree with the sentiments. In that scenario I would like to think that the LP "powers that be" would at least take note.

Ah that's a shame as I like your posts and we share a lot of porn preferences I think. It's also kinda interesting you say that as I used to think that way but have sort of zoned out the agitators a bit so I'm sort of going in the other direction and learning - I hope - not to get sucked in to stuff that is probably a waste of time and energy (ie constantly explaining that disliking rough porn is not the same as disliking hard porn). Not always easy but you live and learn I guess.

Here and in general on the net I find that many expose their worst sides. It is me,me, me! I demand this or that. Everyone else is stupid and crazy.

What about appreciation for the hard work the performers and directors put in?

What about empathy for the performers doing nasty things on our behalf?

What about empathy for fellow forum members who may have different preferences than your own?

I thrive when I see things like how Tabitha is coming out, enjoying herself and sharing that with us. It seems like she has become a new person as she has gained more confidence. It looks like she is happy. It makes me happy!
