If you own a house or two in certain parts of US, you are technically a millionaire. Millionaire does not mean what it used to. I am close to 55yo, a million $$$ would not be enough to retire on, I guess it would if I had 5 years to live, but I hope it is much more then that.

I cannot say what he meant or didn't mean, but I am pretty sure he he didn't think like that.

Also, the price of living and wage in different countries is ... well different. Depends on the city as well.
You cannot generalize it like that imho.

and u can have several million of some types of money and not be millionare i think

only in different numbers, like 1000 of some type of money has the same power as 1 in another country

the number is just a etiquette and the differences in number can mean nothing, 1000 of money can have the same value as 1 in another country, the number is irrelevant

so $$$ Euro Rubles CZ koruna PL Zloty have the same core value, or almost the same i think
