I would guess the performers doing the pissing drink a lot of water, and probably take "Water Pills" (or something similar) that make them pee more frequently. The more water and frequently they pee, the less waste/toxins there would be in the urine. I base this on that urine in adult videos look clear as water. I have no clue what the receiving part would take, but based on the survival shows on discovery, urine can't be all that bad for you
