i want a refund

The site simply does not load on any of my devices, I used it for 10 minutes and the other times they are in infinite looping, I want to cancel this subscription and if possible be refunded!

So far you appear to have missed both the support link on the website and the support forum.
Therefore, you might want to consider whether possibly you missed something when trying to use the website?

I have the same issue. What going on with LP the video they bring boring unwatchable. This website getting garbage.
