1. I personally do not find it difficult to pee with either hard on or not.
Actually some fellow performers can not pee with soft dick.

2. As explained above by Ryukenmaster666, we drink a lot of water before the scene that's why the pee is clear. Mostly girls or male performers won't don't like yellow pee because it is smelling and I can't image a girl drinking 3 or 4 times yellow pee from 4 to 7 guys. The guys are all on ED supplements which helps ( dont believe them when they say they are natural, that is silly considering how they shoot porn here). Many guys inject which keeps the hard on regardless of what you do. Also some guys in the Euro scene have silicone on their dicks which means they have those thick spongy hardons and it stays up.

But mostly they just drink massive amounts of water. So with the ED drugs keeping them hard, and a ridiculously full bladder, you get what you get. Its not something that is easy to do and I personally find it dangerous. GG has admitted on this forum that he has had instances where a guy has passed out due to drinking so much water in a short period of time.

Ultimately, they shoot dry/wet versions. Which means, they have to piss during a scene and then keep fucking so they can cut out the piss. If they did piss only scenes you would likely see most of the peeing happening at the end or after orgasms so the guys didnt have to do this to themselves.
