Adding new genre tags. (potentially dull post, sorry)

Is there any way for users to add genre tags to the video library?

There's a lot of content on here and it'd be good to be able to tag some more specific things that appear in the videos, to help find stuff that I'd like to buy & also stuff in my collection.

I just added a load of tags for 'boots' that are awaiting moderation for instance, but it'd also be good to add tags for things like 'bikini', 'spit', 'hoop earrings' etc. Things that might be a bit niche but might be the reason I'd buy a scene, especially some of the cheaper/older stuff.

Also far be it from me to tell anyone how to run their site, but it might be less work to open the tagging process up & post-moderate tags rather than create a bottleneck at the start of the process, maybe add a downvote tag that users can click if they feel it's innacurate, triggering the removal after 5 or so votes. The result would be a much more searchable catalogue, community updated & increase long-tail sales.

Obviosly this is just a suggestion, I don't know if there's been a previous system that got spammed, I know what a nightmare it can be running websites sometimes.
