Can you see video resolution before purchase?

Is there a way to see the resolutions available before purchasing a video? Some of the previews only show "WEB" (i.e. low resolution) as an option for the preview, and I don't want to purchase the video if it isn't at least 1080p. It would be great to see the resolution available as well as the FPS if possible.

Totally agree Fork!
Worse still, there are some scenes where the trailer is HD and the full video VGA or even web quality.
I have posted (too many times) about this before.
xxx said he’d look into but nothing.
