I'm not sure if Lord_Deep is the real Mike Chapman, but if he is, and if he's serious about this idea, here is my advice to him:

Just get started. Make your first episode and put it out there. Your idea can work, but nobody can appreciate what you see in your head until it has manifested into a reality, so get going and make it a reality!

I know from experience that it is always more effective to set the standard and create a finished product than it is to try and explain that idealized vision you have in your head to people who have no idea what you're trying to say.
