I really miss more scenes made equal to the best-sellers. I think the most important factors for a scene to get a best-seller are NOT just the actress or the amount of male actors who fuck her.
I think it´s a mix of erotic and dedicative body posture and great camera work with the focus on the actress with nice angles which show details like face expression and penetrating pussy/ass at the same time.
I know that we have different preferences, but I think there are reasons for the fact, that best-sellers are best-sellers.
And I hope that directors spend some time to analyse the key factors of best-sellers to go in the right direction and increase the sales of other scenes.
I have seen a lot of scenes which are equal to the "good example", but also to the "bad example". I wish there would be much more of the "good example"...

Agree, what is relevant for me: a model I like, contents I like (anal, manhandle, piss), and, secondarily properly filmed. Screenshots can be more informative than trailers, because short trailers (1 - 1,5 min) often not include all sex positions, but the positive development is that a lot of the new trailers (2 - 2,5 min) include far more previews. Thanks to studios for improving this!

It's not so simple to replicate a good scene: much depends on the model, the male crew and above all the interaction and the mood.

I´m sure it´s not easy, but in some movies, almost all aspects are poor (see the example with Mina in my first post below). Improving the camera work by changing the camera angle and the lightning, plus saying to Mina: "stretch out your ass with a sexy bend back", would increase the scene significantly.

I think a lot of people would prefer excellent copies with the same camera work, the same choice of sex positions similar to best-sellers, but with different pornstars instead of failed experiments of something "new" which is far under the average quality.

If a scene is great, (I think) it could be goal-oriented to think about the success-factors and try to consider these factors in further scenes instead of thinking:

I agree in a lot of points with you. For me, a lot of your aspects are the top-notch-qualifications of pornstars for a 10/10 scene.

I think with the
same camera work (angle, lightning, duration of each sequences) of "best-seller-scenes"
+ the same/similar sex positions, same sexy body postures (passionate, inviting, not cramped)
+ balls-deep-fucking-performance of male actors
it would already be possible to make a 8/10 of 9/10 scene.

This would be good enough, because relating to your aspects a lot of more factors are necessary for a best-seller (10/10) scene.
