For me, Neeo does a pretty good job on LP. He knows how to perform, he's one of my favorites in fact; the guy is always giving his best, he can pull DAP and TAP off with no problem. If it's a manhandle type scene then those shots above are fine. Personally I hate the arm twist/grapple thing you've shown there as I don't get the appeal of seeing girls being physically dominated in that way. Obviously if the girl is into it though that's fine. I exercise caution around those scenes for that reason. Each to their own.

With Neo I'm talking more about him just moving his hands around for no reason, which he seems to do all the time these days. It's in doggy without any kind of manhandle or physical interaction but where he just can't keep them still. It's like his thought process goes "OK traditional hands on hips....now let's cross the hands over....now let's plant them in the middle of the girl's back....now a bit of traditional on the hips again etc." It's just distracting, like some weird routine he has.
