About the recent downtime

Ok, I've read back this thread and nowhere is explicitly said you have to have a membership to get the freebie. It is even stated that it involves all paying customers (which I am). So maybe I'm actually jumping the gun here. Not gonna say more about it, except that it's not even about the freebie really, but just a principle thing I wanted to address as a customer of this site.

I agree with YumYum. I don't really think that I'm "owed" any extra tix (and certainly wouldn't have asked for any) but seeing as they apparently have been given out I'd like to know why I didn't get any. I do have a membership, btw. Last month as a result of my over-zealous bank blocking my rollover membership (I had similar trouble adding tickets recently) my membership was inadvertently cancelled but I rejoined the next day. Not sure if that has counted against me somehow.

Also YumYum should get the extra tix based on his spending there.

Come on LP - be transparent about this so we all know where we stand.

I don’t get anything because on the member/ticket page I choose to click in the middle of the page (direct tickets) instead of the top ( membership). So no matter how many tickets I purchase (usually I estimate around 200 per month), it apparently isn’t good enough I support LP that way.
So a membership of Eur 30 would have gotten me something, but 2x 100 tickets for Eur150 (or something like it) doesn’t. I find that really really strange...

I hope this can be sorted out, also as apparently added tkts are given apparently also due to constructive forum activity, sending in tips and corrections etc.

Didn´t receive any tickets (neither premium nor free). Probably because my membership is interrupted. I guess it´s been around for weeks since I bought the last scene and still have 40 tickets left. So I´m currently not a valuable customer... The reason for buying less scenes: Every scene almost looking the same. Ooops, that wasn´t very constructive... Anyway, would have been a nice gesture but I´m not mad about it as there are for sure some customers, who spend much more money for LP than me.

Generally let me add that membership might be prolonged by those 3 days missing, but free tkts are a special gift not really due to anybody I believe.
I say this because we have to watch out not to become greedy just because sb told us we'll get a gift.
At the same time gifts for loyal users and contributors are a nice PR thing of course.
But I sense an adverse effect here with some already.

No big deal. Outages are bound to happen in this tech era. The offer was to extend membership by 3 days and also send some free tickets to every active paying user. It's a kind gesture, if it happens across the board. My recurring membership fee is set-up to be automatically deducted. There may be others who are also wondering. Silence leads to speculation. Clearing the air on who qualifies as an active paying user would be helpful.

I haven't though and it looks like LP tried to collect my recurring fee today even though I'm showing as 3 days left (?) My bank blocked it so I got texts from them to this effect.

I'll take this up with them direct obviously but just thought I'd share here in case anyone else has had this.

I got my bunch of 40 premium tickets 3 days ago although it showed 33 more days.

I don't know if it's related, but the main page is down again for me at the moment. Clearly some kind of issues going on.
