How do you organize your scene collection?

I'm sure many of you have collections with thousands of scenes, and I'm really curious about how you manage and organize them

I'm particularly interested in whether you use any kind of database to keep track of it (e.g., Excel, Access or something similar).

If so, what fields or columns do you usually include? (title, actresses/performers, studio, date, length, tags, etc.)
