Let me open this thread because I think there are many of us who as simple civilian fans contributed to girls starting porn or pushing their envelopes.

We always talk about adult agencies and porn studios recruiting successes, but a bit too little about fans grassroots work.

There was a fan yesterday or some days ago who asked for a list of adult agencies: This is my indirect answer! There are also fans and most girls are independant today anyway, they dont need agencies anymore. I dont claim agencies were bad, but picture is much more diverse!

Me, I started about 20y ago by trying to convince already existing porn girls I liked to try DAP. One of the first was Simony Diamond, a huge star than. I got in contact and rose money for her DAPbreakin' aound 2005 - 10 years before GIO finally got her for DAP if I'm not mistaken - but she wanted too much money at that time. However, this experience showed me it was possible to take direct action as a simple civilian fan I was than.
Next one was Carla Cox... and here I actually succeeded, but her DAPbreakin' was too short and too bad. Failure or success?

How is your story?

Big leap forward took a long long time however. It started many many years latr when first really very motivated completely civilian girl contacted me and asked for helping her perform DAP for LP. But she also needed money of course or maybe better: She was tired of her small shop assistants job and looking for an easier and faster way to earn her money, and much better money! Just checked how much they payed for her 1st DAP and wow, that was 372,7 times more per hour than that shop assistant job she had!

I do see that bad side of fans action. There actually has been a plague of social media agents only. GIO wrote about notorious guys earning actually a living never meeting these girls some years ago. And ofc fans have to be very polite and to proof they can really help getting porn jobs. Pro girls will soon figure out who is who.
Still I know of fans visitng cam sites for instance and linking some of these girls to LP studios. Me I am not cam site interested. Today I mainly act if girls approach me. Anyway, it was an expensive endeavor and I had no profit share at all, but I really wanted that DAP and agreed on her propositions than about 15y ago.
Scene itself sort of failed because they could use less than half a minute of DAP footage and only 1 position. Still to my knowledge its her only DAP scene.

Coop was nice and rspectful on both sides, but I clearly payed too much. Also there was no content share agreement than, which today I would instist of. At that time it was a product of love, however. I still dont regret a single Euro payed for it!

Next success was Jenna Lovely DAPbreakin', another really rare one.
Here co-op was more fair than with Carla Cox; goodwill of her DAP team for me as just a common civilian fan at that time around 2011-13 was really great. DAP itself wasnt something to rave about and I remember the girl to drop out pretty fast afterwards due to one of the early Prague syph outbreaks. Still both Czech ladies thought me it was possible!

Really can't find it, but for Jenny Lovely the dvd title was something like Disharmony, something tongue in cheek. Cant find that film at the moment, it was a small label I think, maybe only a local Czech one.

Ok, found it finally, dvd released later was called Disharmony: The Debacle (Orchid).

Filming was artsy and Jenna Lovely didnt perform DAP well. Also she retired soon after that DAPbreakin. I dont remember how much I contributed financially but I remember some talks. Despite DAP itself being a failure it showed me it's possible!

Anyway, maybe you remember, I wrote here my idea about crowdfunding platform to attract new actresses in industry, so, I've started to make it! I want to add some gamification process with clear awards and kinda level system of actresses, what do you think? In attachments one page of the platform I'm making now, there is will be studio access, access for actresses and for supporters, supporters will make the funds by donations, actress could apply for the funding, after that supporters will vote for actress herself, her outfit and scene details, for studio who will shoot the scene etc. and finally actress and studio will have a time to make a scene and receive the money from fund. What do you think?

Yea, I agree, but for getting a fund actress could film in anal only scenes and play virgin, right? Like Bianca Dantas doing for example, all of her scenes is anal-only, so it isnt hard to not film in classic scenes for a good money support, I think.

The 2 up-mentioned shootings were done by professionals as well, but in Carla Cox case I had still to pay all the needed hard- and software, incl studs DAP-ing her in that scene. In Jenna Lovelys case luckily I had support by director who shared my dream. That scene was much cheaper for me and consisted mainly of a motivation payment for Jenna. It was 3-5 times cheaper than the Carla Cox thing, but that one I clearly over-payed not knowing local going rates etc. I was just still very naive than!

Soon after these two initial trials I managed to find a studio really sharing my vision (and going byond) and that made it much more easy. I think as a crowdfunding project would have to go this way, all the rest is too expensive.

I think the main key is not to find a 10-20 guys who will pay 300-700$ each, but make a platform where 5000 guys can subscribe and pay 5$ each, that's an aim.
5000 guys isn't much even if we are talking about porn market, it's huge and I bet a lot of guys wanted to be involved in it as supporters and the community who will have a right of vote and influence on industry for just 5-10$ per month as a support to actress directly

I think she had a bad day and there were crew problems.
You also have to take into account that your gape is one of her best.
DAPbreakin' was nothing to get very excited about in terms of quality, but I felt big satisfaction Jenna Lovely was finally broken in. Too bad she retired soon after. She was way under shock after that first major STD outbreak in years, but truth spoken nothing dramatic happened. For me it was a big loss than and I had also planned to co-pay for a 2nd DAP shot differently.

Thats the human factor and freedom of girls in civilized biz relations: I knew she dreamt of getting some tattoos and we had agreed that she'll consult all tattoo ideas before implementing them. But turned out she just did them sponatnously - on spot, the side belly figure because a friend proposed her to do it, the one on her ass cheek in polish in an emotional turmoil. DAP scene was her about 5th ever anal scene in all her life. She prepared before travelling to Prague for that shot, but she couldnt really imagine how much training is needed. Luckily she had a pretty gigh pain tolerance and as you could read in our interview she really had promised to me to do that DAPbreakin' and wanted to keep her promise. My advice would be to get the options as little as possible influenced by your own fetishes and make options as easy as possible. A very limited number of scripts or fetishes will make it easier to realize, I think.
This said me, I would not go below DAP, so you may just need that virgin thing or that bukkake option. You start that homepage, so your fetishes count most in your project.

Anyway, less is more I think.

SuperKeksimus, important is also to link it to a trusted crowd-funding provider I think, because while I trust my own projects and can put there hundreds of $ easily, me and a lot other fans will think twice if somebody we dont know personally asks us the same. I hope its possible under disguise with a mainstream provider, just collecting funds for a seemingly mainstream film.
