Pornbox problems

I can not open or download videos in the pornbox. i was able to purchase new movies. Anybody esle having this problem. I was trying to veiw or download the new GG Cathy haven scene. i also tryed to download the Brittany Love scene had the same problem. I am able to download the trailers but not the movies. Could use some help here. It seems to only be these 2 scenes that i'm having problems with. The other older scenes i have in my pornbox i can re-download with no problems.
