Frame issues PLS DONT IGNORE....

So I am going through scenes to archive and keep the good and throw the rest. As I do so I am encountering some scenes with frame rate issues.
I assume the issue is that the encoded rate is not compatible with the recorded footage and hence these scenes are horribly jerky. They look awful as a result. At least I assume this is the issue as I have seen many scenes at 29fps that do not look jerky so my assumption is the raw footage is 25/50 fps then encoded at 23/29

PLS PLS PLS address these issues. These are all premium quality scenes.

So far:
SZ784 Billy Star DAP - 23fps
SZ752 Layra Crystal
SZ799 Lola Taylor

Come on xxx/Tim anyone please stop ignoring this. I and many many other regular customers have paid tickets for these scenes. It is not fair for you to just ignore the issues.

Hi, we are currently working on this issue.
Editors are looking through it and repairing the scenes.

Could we have some structured update as and when scenes are sorted please?
I know there are other scenes in the SZ700 series that have similar issues and it is annoying to have to keep checking and redownloading files to see if they have been fixed.

The scenes are in encoding as I speak. Will be fixed soon.
