Unable to Login after Login Email Change

I requested a change of login email months ago which was done but I have been unable to get into my account ever since (at least 4months now) to access my purchased content and my wishlist built up over years to buy content. The login fails every time with a message saying 'sorry, we were unable to login you into your Pornbox account' (see attachment). I've contacted support so many times via email but after one replying asking if I used VPN, there have been no responses for at least 3 months and no fix.

Unfortunately, yes. I haven't been able to login since the login email I used before (set up originally at analvids) was changed by support after my request for a change.
It feels like something is messed up in the back-end after the email change. I know the old login email doesn't work for login anymore so that's definitely been changed.
The new login email and the password from before (password wasn't changed, only the email was changed) are accepted at first so I get to the page which says my stuff is located at Pornbox so click to go there, but when I try to go to my library that's when it falls over and says it can't log me in.
Very frustrating. I've waiting for months for a fix, I'm literally saying 'take my money' but I barely got a response from support until now.
