Can’t watch purchased videos

Keep getting “error” and then a box you can click that says “continue”. Cleared my history and cookies and still getting this issue.

I get this error as well. It’s possible to connect with an upgrade to the Apple iPhone operating system that I received last night. I am able to purchase content.

I have the same issue: I can't watch on phone or PC. I tried another browser, but it didn't work either
