Hi there.

I lost or forget my account Login, I dont even remenber the username or emal adress i regristered because non of them are working on the login. So I wrote several messages to your support, they asked for my full credit card number and after that they never replied again. I wrote several messages. I am paying now 3 Month without access to my account.

Again, I dont remember my user name and password!!! My request number from your support is #378324 But again, you support ignore me since i wrote my credit card numbers.

Please CANCEL my Account immediately!!!! Because tomorrow it will charged again, the 4 monat without Access. Paying for nothing.
