I used to see a ticket plan for 90 days.
But sinds recent it is missing, only the plan for 30 days is visible.

Is this plan for 90 days no longer available?

The "Reload of tickets" plan is tied to your membership.

If you have 30 day membership you will see a Reload of tickets for 30 days. If you have 90 day membership you will see 90 day Reload of tickets plan.

If you are talking about a membership and you have none, you should be able to see all options.

Where are you seeing this 30 day plan?
