Hi,

Lately all downloads are so slow that I may as well not bother. Up to 3 days. And in most cases the download just fails after a few hours anyway. I now have over 10 scenes that I have paid tickets for that I am unable to download... Please do something about this before you lose a customer.

Use a download manager

A normal website doesn't need a download manager. This can't be the solution. I know the speed is a bit slow.

Agree,but this site is NOT normal so either use download manager or have slow downloads.

We apologize for inconvenience. We are already in works to deploy more mirrors and new fast download technology, its on highest priority list and we will improve it.

I cannot download videos. It says it take 2+ hrs to download and they the download fails. PLEASE FIX

It takes 2-3 hours to download one scene from LP. From Evil Angel it takes me 8 minutes. That is frustrating. I would buy more tickets from LP and give them more of my money if the download speeds were faster. Content is awesome, download speeds are bad. Seems others are having the same issue as me. Is there a fix?

Same for me. The site just froze up and charged me 3 times the tickets, but move doesn't show up in my purchased videos. I've submitted a ticket in the support forum but am not holding my breath. Either refund my points or my money. YOU STOLE 12.3 POINTS FROM ME.
Your customer service is terrible. Your download speeds are awful. Your search function is a joke. You charged me three times for a movie I didn't get to download. Site content is great, but not worth the hassle of slow download speeds and stolen tickets.

There was a problem on servers.

All issues should've been resolved. There were also some complimentary tickets.

Download speeds are super slow. About 400kb/sec. Other sites download at 4.5 to 6.0MB/sec. Anyone else have this problem? It takes so long to download a video that it is not worth the time. It is frustrating to spend money on content that takes so long to download. I will not be renewing my membership or purchasing any more tickets until this improves. I will gladly renew my membership or purchase more tickets if this is resolved. Any comments would be appreciated.

Currently downloading @ around 4.0 mb/sec via a VPN endpoint located in another country so possibly as slow as half the speed available direct.

Until maybe 4 weeks ago I was able to download with up to 11,2 MB/sec., on average maybe with 7 or 8 MB/sec. Since then, downloads speeds have deteriorated a lot, regularly dropping to 1 MB/sec or even less. And it's definitely not because of my internet connection. I have no problems with other sites.

As long as this persists, I will restrict buying scenes to an absolute minimum (meaning scenes with my favorite girls, like Blanche Bradburry and Sasha Zima).

Just checked. Still 4 mb/sec for me from LP in the mornings UK time, thru a VPN which usually slows things down. Everything is slower late at night. What D/L speeds are you getting, normally and from LP?

Downloaded the Xmas orgy in 4k... left it on just for the hell of it. After 2 failures, and 2 retries, I kid you not... 26 hours of actual download time

please use the money we, your clients, on more that everything else related to fucking. Buy a few more servers or upgrade, seriously, these speeds are horrid!

I'm also seeing similar terrible speeds: between 20 and 70 kilobytes/sec, when most other sites will give you many megabytes/sec.

I see recommendations to use a download manager. Which ones have worked well? I'm on a Mac.

I use IDM but I dunno if there is a mac version.

For Mac users, I got Folx, and purchased the $9.99 upgrade, that allows for splitting the download in up to 20 threads. That made the download speed tolerable (500-700 kilobytes/second).

Still not exactly awesome, but a lot less 'tear-your-hair-out' than before.

I use IDM and it's the best DL manager I've found. Reliable and easy to use.

Not saying this to be an ass, but just as information for those who are having problems, for whatever reason, DL speeds are still OK for me.
Around 6 mb/sec last night and 5 mb/sec just now, through a VPN in UK location, fibre internet connection.
Usually takes around 15 mins to download a scene in 1080p.
DL servers will vary I guess but for me a typical server at LP end is streamer1(dot)cz2(dot)etc. which right now is sending to me at 5 mb/sec.

IDK why others are suffering terrible DL speeds. Obviously something somewhere is fucked for them, and maybe that is at LP end, or not. Just saying it is currently possible for LP servers to stream at acceptable speeds.

I usually just use 4 threads with IDM, and on most websites that gives 25 MB/s of download speed
So a 4 GB file takes about 3 mins.

But at LP wait time is about 26 mins for the same file size
at a speed of 2.5 MB/s

That's not TERRIBLE

but lately speed drops below 1 MB/s which is ridiculous.
it puts the wait time above 1 hour.

so much so that I been watching the videos in 480p, lol.

For me, speeds have come up in the last day or so. I'm able to go at 6MBytes/sec now, which is about as fast as my (sad) internet connection can go.

I'm continuing to use Folx, with 2 concurrent downloads, splitting into 20 threads each. Works pretty well right now.

I joined the site the Maddy O'Reilly/AJ & Proxy scenes and I'm downloading the newest Maddy one now in 1080p (5 gb). The download speed is fluctuating between 9 hours and 6 minutes. This does not seem normal? Does anyone know how to keep the download speed high?

Bad download speeds on LP are a constant annoyance for me, and it has nothing to do with my internet connection, which is very good. From many pornsites I can download with 11 to 12 MB/sec.

If LP would use a fraction of its considerable income to invest into reliable, fast download servers we wouldn't have these constant problems. It's not only bad customer service, it's downright stupid, because only satisfied customers will come back.

I have spent hundreds and hundreds of Euros for LP films but I have more and more trouble to download them at reasonable speeds. As I posted before, as long as this problem persists, I will no longer buy any extra credits. I'm not yet ready to cancel my subscription, but for the first time since I joined the site I am thinking about it.

I've got to ask, been a member for over 2 years and the download speeds to begin with were ok, then they got 'premium site quick' and now 400k ps Slow as ass

I mean if you're trying to make members consider leaving...

Every other premium site I get my max speed, Please invest in this guys if you're offering the larger files. Consider 2 less guys per scene, spend that cash on the data centre instead

I hate to pile it on but this is a serious problem. We pay a pretty penny for our videos and if we cant access them in the quality we want in at least a decent amount of time then.... Its really bad. I've resorted to now only downloading 1080p but even that is taking multiple hours to obtain as of lately. It's not only that it hasn't been acknowledged or improved on its actually getting worse. Any update is appreciated. Like most folks here I am on gigabit and larger files from other sites download in minutes at the most.

We are working on a solution (opening servers in NA).

I think it's LP cloud storage servers' issue. Interestingly I'm able to download some LP scenes or BTS videos with much faster speed (~1.5MB/s), but for the rest of the scenes it's very slow (~100-150kB/s). It's a pain.

Cloud storage is currently able stream any video up 3600MB/s which is equal to total capacity of internet connection (40Gbps). Peak usage of cloud storage is fluctuating around 5-10%, and its no exception to observe downloads close to 1Gbps on local town fiber internet broadband. Sounds like all you have to do is use your credit card to rent servers in NA and upload the content to those servers.
I'm thinking the process of uploading thousands of movies is the slow part, because each video is offered in different formats.

But I'm guessing that prioritizing recent and new content will dramatically speed up the download process for us,
because there can't be that many people that are buying old scenes.

Anyways, thanks for letting us now that something is being done about this!

Good question. Asap, ofcourse, but yes its complex task taking some time to execute. We would like to have new download mirrors operational in 1Q/2017. I will update you more precisely, when we have advances in the process.
