I'm trying to access my library and keep getting a loop that says my session has expired-reloading" and I log in and it says the same thing over and over. It started when I bought a video and after purchasing it started to play then this happened. This isn't the first time, but it's been days and I can't get in. I've contacted support but they seem to be non-existent. Help!

Does that mean I can't use the VPN? Which I like to use for various reasons...
