Kapwn just for clarity what you are saying is that the original scenes have been removed from the store and users' libraries. The studios have reuploaded the scenes at a higher rate, which have now also been removed as duplicates. The best customers can hope for is to be refunded for the scenes that they've lost as you cannot take these newly uploaded scenes and replace what they have had removed, even though they're the same scene. Also that the studios are not responding to messages. So either they won't be able to get these scenes again or if they can it will only be by buying another reupload at a higher rate? This seems highly iniquitous.
I think I can speak generally and say that we appreciate your help and understand that this is not your fault, but as the main contact point you are unfortunately facing the displeasure of unhappy customers. The problem is that this whole situation has been ongoing now for 4-5 months and I think customers patience isn't wearing thin anymore, it is gone.
This is a situation that just can't carry on. It might just be me, but it seems to me that if payments to these studios were paused, I am pretty sure that they will engage with you quite quickly. Not only that I would think that it would generate some goodwill from your customers, as it would seem that you were taking action in their best interests.
