Another NatashaTeenFilms scene that I purchased that was released approximately 3 months ago titled "Colombian Teen Camila Cooper gangbang dap / prolapso/ big gape" has gone missing from my library as well as the store. When I try to search for the scene I get an error content not found message.

I had purchased that Camila Cooper DAP as well.
Now where is it?
When will it get restored and fixed?

Just checked again. The scene is coming up if you go to it directly or go to the full search results but interestingly when you search for it, it doesn't come up in the search bar to click through to.

But it got deleted in Pornbox Library of those who already bought that video in August! And thats the worst part, they steel those videos from you and hope you re-buy them again.

I ask because I suppose the re-released scene will be more expensive and those who supported NTP earlier and bought that scene in August shall now be compelled to buy that scene again by such low tricks.

We cannot. The studio does not communicate, same as LTP.
You get full refund if you have owned the scene.

Kapwn just for clarity what you are saying is that the original scenes have been removed from the store and users' libraries. The studios have reuploaded the scenes at a higher rate, which have now also been removed as duplicates. The best customers can hope for is to be refunded for the scenes that they've lost as you cannot take these newly uploaded scenes and replace what they have had removed, even though they're the same scene. Also that the studios are not responding to messages. So either they won't be able to get these scenes again or if they can it will only be by buying another reupload at a higher rate? This seems highly iniquitous.

I think I can speak generally and say that we appreciate your help and understand that this is not your fault, but as the main contact point you are unfortunately facing the displeasure of unhappy customers. The problem is that this whole situation has been ongoing now for 4-5 months and I think customers patience isn't wearing thin anymore, it is gone.

This is a situation that just can't carry on. It might just be me, but it seems to me that if payments to these studios were paused, I am pretty sure that they will engage with you quite quickly. Not only that I would think that it would generate some goodwill from your customers, as it would seem that you were taking action in their best interests.

I think this is a case just for this one scene. There must have been some sort of error in uploads (maybe they botched up the price and wanted to update it and uploaded a different version with different price... hard to tell when they are not responding)
I am not even sure if there was a higher price, that was just speculation from Dap-addict, but unfortunately, I am not able to check as the older scene is now deleted.

To summarize: There was an upload of the same scene twice. We have decided to delete one of the scenes and refund all the costs to users to avoid confusion.

I also didnt get the old scene bought replaced by the new one.
