Sock puppet accounts on the forum?

Does legalporno.com have a way to detect sock puppet accounts on the forum?

I noticed this thread and the comments look similar to a pair of comments I saw on another thread.

Notice how both comments have a guy making an overtly homosexual comment while calling other posters fags or faggots.
