Sineplex Classic missing videos

I just subscribed for a 1 month to "Sineplex Classic all access membership" which said I had access to "all scenes on day 1, as well as all future scenes"

However there is only 457 Sineplex Classic scenes in my library out of a total of over 1000 on the site.

Please see screenshot with proof. How do I get the missing scenes I purchased?

The membership virtually does not exist. It is part of our standard membership which works like this:
You receive tickets with your membership as well as 20% discount on other future purchases. You can use the tickets to buy scenes. Any scene at PornBox is purchasable with tickets, except a few that are only available in special membership packages. 

The scenes you purchase this way are yours forever. You can download or stream them how many times you want.

Tickets are received monthly.

The membership is recurring automatically, you can cancel in the member's area in pornbox - top right corner. Click on your name and then on the date of the membership to cancel.

You also have tons of free video access as a member which is the sineplex classic package.

I admit that the tooltip is somewhat misleading, I can offer some tickets as an apology, would that be alright with you?
