Dear Pornbox Team,

I had today a discussion on the support page regarding missing vids, e.g. AA068.
I am pretty sure I have bought this vid some time ago, but it is one of the vids which stucks in the manual review process. However without a purchase history I cannot prove that I have even purchased it, but that's not my point anyways.
I have noticed the disappearing also for other vids (e.g. a bunch of Kristy Black movies, which reappeared recently after several month).

Please don't get me wrong, I don't want any refund, I would prefer if you would find a solution to the general problem, that vids you have purchased simply disappear and that the review process takes ages.
Some vids are down for month or never appear again. I understand very well the necessity of a review process due to the opening of the site to smaller studios and potential legal or copyright issues.

But I don't understand why even videos from the OG studios (GG, Gonzo, American Anal, etc.) are so frequently removed, even older videos. I have severe doubts that there a still issues with the paperwork, and a missing model or tag in the description should not delete a scene from your library.

I have read a statement here in the forum from Kapwn that you guys are working on a fix and I got the same answer from the support chat, but in some threads the statement is now several month old and still vids disappear every day.

My only petition is that you either find a fix that prevents purchased vids from disappearing in your library and/or to speed up the review process, at least for the OG studios. We are talking about vids which were online for several years.

I am a member since 2016, it is rather tragic that my first forum post is a complaint/appeal to solve technical issues.

Which scenes from Kristy Black are missing?

There are currently no missing Kristy Black scenes, at least not from the main studios. As for the other ones, I doubt there are any missing from them either, I just haven't got around to checking on them nor do I frankly care to.

Totally agree with OP. This is seriously unprofessional and disappointing.
I rely on PB to store my owned content. When I remember a scene, I want to know it’s available
Same thing as with the disappearance of GGG films. No warning, no automatic refunds. No record of what we had paid for even!
Fair play, they reimbursed tickets without fuss but that’s not the point.
Kindly fix this issue.

The Kristy Black scenes have been restored. This is my list of missing scenes (5-10-2024):

SZ1283 Evelina Darling
SZ2564 Francys Belle

By this point it's doubtful SZ1283 will ever see a return to the store.

I don't know. So far all vids which were removed from the store were also removed from my library as long as they weren't available in the store (even the ones which reappered later, e.g. the above mentioned Kristy Black scenes, Gonzo christmas scene from last year, etc).
And SZ1283, which is a scene I also owned (for sure, because I have downloaded it), so far never reappered.
One year ago I would have accepted that a vid which isn't in my library is a vid which I haven't bought.
But what I realize is that the number of vids in my library changes every day, usually the number decreases, the number of owend scenes in my library went down by 10 vids whitin 4 days. My library is simply to extensive to even realize which vids are removed and I don't know if any of them will be back or when, and that's my main point of critisism.
The most loyal costumers with the most extensive librarys are also the guys who are most likely hit by the removal of scenes.

Hi, I have reported the 3 scenes mentioned in this thread to our content managers, they will investigate.
