90 days plan tkt membership...

Dear @Kapwn, why is my payment for the tkt membership not going through? I'm able to purchase scenes and reload tkts using the same card however. Please look into it ASAP!

There was a problem billing your card.

I have cancelled your membership manually. You can now purchase a new one.

You do not lose anything in the process. Your scenes are still yours and your tickets as well.

I have cancelled your oneclick purchase, so you will be prompted to use a new card.

@Kapwn, as always prompt and effective support from you! I was able to start a new subscription using the same card. Just curious, why was I able to use the same card for scene purchase as well as tickets reload while it failed for the renewal? Just want to make sure it is not an issue with my card/bank

I am not entirely sure. The transaction was being declined with the error "Reserved for Private Use"

I am not sure if something changed on your banks side to return this error, but I am glad we have managed to work around it.

So a response from SegPay is that your bank is blocking the transaction.

You need to contact the bank to make sure you are allowed to make this transaction type

Hi @Kapwn, I did speak to my bank and the rep confirmed that there are no issues with my card or any transaction. In fact, she confirmed that there were no rejected/canceled/blocked transaction whatsoever against card. She also confirmed the past trimonthly automatic payments that went through without any issue. She mentioned there could be a problem at your (SegPay) since I had to update the card details after last issueless automatic payment (Jun-Jul)
