Can't Buy a Scene

I tried to buy this scene that was released yesterday https://pornbox.com/application/watch-page/1909151 and it said the content wasn't available. After refreshing the scene, the preview plays fine, but the scene can not be purchased. I tried a few other scenes, and it was the same result. I thought to check an older scene that I haven't purchased, and the same thing happened...Internal Error Content Not Availablle. It was with this Anna de Ville scene from 6 years ago: https://pornbox.com/application/watch-page/33641 You have something systemic that needs to addressed. I deleted my browser history. Eliminated every cookie, did a deep scan on my computer and it's still the same. After I re-signed into the Pornbox system, it was easier to register to the forum than purchase any scene.

Any scene that I have previously bought is still available in my library though.

Hi. I just bought the Veronica Leal scene by adding it to the cart rather than going the way of using the "get full video" button and the scene plays fine for me. This is just a workaround of course, but hope this helps until support can address this problem.

I'm having the same problem now, with brand new scenes, all of the scenes in my cart can't be purchased when the scene's page loads it says "Internal Error" at the top and if I click on "Get Full Video" nothing happens, there is a spinning wheel and that's it. This is for all scenes on the site, even brand new ones.

Are you sure you can't buy scenes by going through the "add to cart" option on the page of the given scene? For instance if I go to the cart and click on "Buy All for 13.51 tkt" as outlined in the attached screenshot the purchase will go through just fine.

Additionally there is no support, I have to come here to the forum to complain, and the site regularly cripples my computer (Ryzen 7 7800x3D, 2x16GB 6400 MHz DDR5, RTX 4090) forcing me to pull up task manager and terminate the unresponsive pages or the entire Edge browser, happens on a daily basis.

I can't clear my cart as I have a 128 videos in my cart, so now I get to go one by one and transfer all of the fucking videos to my wishlist and then try to purchase them one by one. Fantastic website run by incompetent clowns with zero IT dept and no support to speak of, golf clap.

I think they may be doing some heavy UI restructuring and incidentally, yesterday all videos on the site wouldn't work, not even their thumbnails/previews would get displayed. That lasted for about an hour or two before returning to normal. I certainly hope it won't take much longer as it concerns this issue.

I agree that communication from the people running the site on such crucial isues sometimes leaves something to be desired, but I am still hopeful it will get fixed in due time.

Computer crippled again! Have to terminate Edge! Guess what is the troublesome tab? Every day, multiple times a day, no other website does this, only pornbox. And then I come here and the UI and functionality of this forum is literally 20 years old. Like I have to upload images individually, one by one, no drag and drop or holding down shift and selecting multiple images, nope, one by one, and then if I catch a spelling error after posting and go to fix it "this post can no longer be edited" ?
