can i please be refunded for the following scene, which has just been removed with zero notification, i think a statement from owners of website needs to be made if this stealth removal keeps happening

In my library the scene also disappeared.

I have found that my scene count has dropped too. I haven't identified which scenes are missing but the same scenes are listed on ever earlier page in my library.

I'm missing this scene SZ2851 as well as the Gina Snow scenes SZ2874 and SZ2876, not sure of any others.

The Kristy Black scenes SZ2872, and SZ2875 have also disappeared from my library.

There is a new system of manual review that is causing some problems.

The videos get taken down for manual review if there is a problem (missing model for example) and reuploaded once this is cleared up.

Are you sure this applies for all scenes, Kapwn?
Strangly @ GIO original scenes get taken down exactly when GIO re-releases the same scene.

I am not sure, but re-releasing a scene would be a cause for manual review I would assume.

3 weeks have passed no scene still and no refund

can we please have a statement from management as to what is going on

i will not be purchasing any new scenes until we have an answer

I have refunded what you guys have told me you are missing here.

Also I am investigating what is causing this with the devs.
