I have the same problem with this video. After purchase, there is only a 30 second clip available.

Getting the same error. Trying to buy the scene but the buy now button doesn’t work.

Tickets have been refunded for the scene. I have reported it.

Same here by me with this video. I bought it, but only have the trailer to watch. No main video.

I have already contacted the manager of this studio to tell them to reupload the scene. So a fix should be underway.

Refund in tickets have been made for you though.

I haven't refunded for this scene yet.

Looks like the video is now working, but it is uploaded as BTS.

We are looking for a fix, but you can access it by selecting the BTS.
