bad frame rate - not smooth

I really noticed some new scenes are not smooth like there are missing frames or something, it really distracting. I found this with the following scenes i have recently downloaded. is there are reason for this? I'll post details on scenes when I get a bot of time.

Hi
I guess a good place to start is a new scene. I was disappointed in the frame rate quality of Proxy Paige's new scene (titled Big butt slut Proxy Paige got DAP'ed & fucked by 5 guys (5on1 double anal) SZ815). It appears to be a 23fps scene which doesn't help, I don't get these low frame rates in porn, things move quickly and these missed frames really take you out of it. The minimum should at least be 29fps, its a huge difference to my eyes anyway, everything is much more fluid. Is there a reason why these newer scenes have such low frame rates, is it the encoding? I really hope it is addressed as if all scenes ended up 23fps I would stop using the site personally. Thanks for any info on this.
