NTP re-released this scene (https://pornbox.com/application/watch-page/1636987) today after they deleted it from all Pornbox libraries. Scene was originally released 6mt ago.

Did anybody who bought this scene then get a refund for the scene they deleted?
If not. please Pornbox do it now!

I don't want a refund, I want my old video back exactly how I bought it.

Wow, I think I might have purchased it too. It is very poor practice to remove, previously purchased scenes on PornBox.
Especially, if you do not refund the customer.

Usually, if a studio re-releases a scene, you would get it for free.

We do not remove scenes without refunding the tickets. But most likely once you buy it, you get access to it even if it is deleted from the marketplace. You cannot buy it anymore, but it should still be in your library.

Was the name of the scene the same? I have no way of checking if they removed it or not, but I can check your account for the purchase.

I dont know the original title, all I know is it was Cheyla Collins 3rd DAP and it was released originally in October 2021.

All I want in fact is the old scene back in my Pornbox!
Deleting it is extremely poor practice and now not replacing it by the re-released scene is maybe even worse.

This ought to be the original name of the scene.

Need to mention I didn't buy neither the original nor re-released version and therefore don't want a refund obviously. Just trying to offer some pointers with above post.

I purchased the NatashaTeenFilms release featuring Elina Sansd on May 1, 2024 when it was originally released a few days prior to that date. It is no longer in my library of purchased scenes.

This is actually not the first time Cheyla Collins videos suddenly vanished from the store, though at least the last time it happened it wasn't also deleted from my purchased video list. I am considerably more annoyed by the latter deletion.

I actually purchased this scene a few days prior to May 1, 2024 when it originally came out. Look for a purchase around April 27, 28, or 29.

Hey, what about me? I also lost exactly the same recently deleted-and-reposted video, and I came here to say I want it restored to my account.

For that matter, I'm sure a lot of people who paid for the video didn't even know this was the place to complain about it being deleted. Shouldn't you restore fix ALL of their accounts?

It's probably lot of work to PROPERLY clean up this mess, but it's the fault of whoever deleted all trace of the original video. Maybe tell them not to do that.

I have to be honest, I buy a lot of scenes on LPAV. I honestly feel like I might have bought this back when it was first released too. Could you check and restore this for me?

Also, I also purchased the recent Yessica Bunny scene from NTP when it was first released. It seems to have disappeared from my Library too. Please can you restore that too?
