I think you lost connection with the server while you were downloading the file. My copy of the file works fine, and is 1hour 2minutes 51seconds long.

Try using a download manager. You'll get better download speeds, and if you happen to lose connection, the download manager will pick up where it left off, rather than cancelling the download.
