Incorrectly charged VAT Tax

Hi,

I recently made a purchase for 120 tkt at a $79.90. Unfortunately I forgot to turn off my VPN before I made the purchase. Therefore I was charged the VAT Tax and have to pay $95.88 instead. Can I either get a refund or additional tickets since I live in the U.S. and we do not pay VAT Tax?
