Arwen/Suzy Q scene looks like shit

Finally new Arwen scene is up,and u put a shitty videofile up.Just downloaded 720p file and it stutters and looks like this:

I have a suggestion. They are already topics "Pictures problems" and "Audio Problem". So maybe a good idea to create a thread for "Video problem" not to create a new thread each time. And moderator has placed these three threads so that they are always on top, easily accessible.
klapphatt, can change the name of the topic. That's my suggestion.
