Pass Attestation

Why can I buy tickets with a prepaid mastercard card but then I can't use it for pass attestation? Already been charged the ticket price and I can't watch or download the video I bought... Yes,I know pass attestation was going to be required for some scenes but it wasn't mentioned prepaid cards would not be accepted to complete this process!

All information regarding attestation, including the one that prepaid and virtual cards are not suitable for it, is given before the checkout.

Not until you actually start the attestation process by putting in the card number.
