Pass Attestation

Why can I buy tickets with a prepaid mastercard card but then I can't use it for pass attestation? Already been charged the ticket price and I can't watch or download the video I bought... Yes,I know pass attestation was going to be required for some scenes but it wasn't mentioned prepaid cards would not be accepted to complete this process!
