I am unable after many tries to reset password, I've cleared the remembered name and password in chrome, and still
when I try to reset it says I have to wait what seems like random numbers of minutes and try again.

someone from support just keeps sending me a password reset link but it doesn't work and then I have to wait to try
and not get it working again and again.

I don't have a way to get to the Two Factor image so I can set it up, and it keeps asking for it

However, cookies and autofill are a thing, so please use either a browser you do not normally use, or a private tab to reset your password.

Once you receive the reset email, open it in the private tab as well so there is no automatic redirect.
