Attestation failed then account blocked :(

Hi,

I used prepaid card to get 2month membership.
Then support said this card could not be used for pass attestation (support ticket #29606)

I get a other classic VISA card.
I tried to pass attestation with it.
I get the error "Transaction Declined. Contact support..."
and my account seems blocked... I cant login or change my password.

Can you help me plz?
