Hi,
I've been a member of LegalPorno since march 2014, with a recurring 90 days plan. Next payment is due 22 December 2014.

I would like to update the credit card info before the next payment (I had to block all my cards since I lost my wallet...)

How can I proceed?

I'm posting here because the Contact Form on legalporno.com/support did not work for me (when clicking on Send Message nothing happens)

There's no way to update your card info for the next recurring payment at this time. You can cancel recurring payment for your current membership and purchase a new one at your convenience. You will lose no privileges in this scenario.

Just did it.

It was seamless, I just followed the re-activate link on the Member Area, joined again and it all worked fine...

(I got an error message at the end of the credit card processing, but it also said that the problem is known, and indeed all went well: I got the sms from my bank confirming the transaction, the new tickets are there, the new expire date of my subscription is there, all is ok)

Really worked like a charm, all integrated and automated. Nice.
(Quite a contrast with the experience that I had on another site, where too there was no way to update the card info and one had to cancel and re-subscribe again... But there that meant a brand new account, with different username and password. And also having to ask support for having the conditions of your previous membershio -price, bonus sites gained- applied to the new... Really off putting...)
