High level video download denied

, but it says

Then it says

But still no download so I came back and this time it said

Then I have clicked on Pass attestation
But I have no SMS from my bank and my bank website is too slow it still haven't displayed the 0-2€ amount you supposedly charged.
Could you please do something ?
