Guys - I don't complain a whole lot, but do you guys even watch the Giorgio Grandi scenes after you encode them? After all the issues were reported with pixilation in this thread - viewtopic.php?f=68&t=7659, only of which about 15% are fixed, the newest GG scenes now have jerky motion every second or two during the action. Where is the quality control - try WATCHING these scenes before we pay for them. I am officially done purchasing GG scenes until these issues are resolved because it makes the movies unwatchable for me! I should have about 10 extra tickets in my account after paying for all these unwatchable scenes! The 4 newest GG scenes I am referring to are below. How hard is it to encode these scenes with smooth, unpixelated video?

These problems are a real shame as the GG releases feature some of the best content on the site at the moment.

Not paying for the scenes until the issues are resolved seems to be the only option. I have tried to avoid the scenes when the technical problems are clear on the trailer but sometimes the trailer looks fine and I find the problems after purchase.

We couldn't locate those jerking motions in the mentioned scenes. Could you please advise which media player do you use to watch sownloaded scenes? Do you get the same while streaming?

Just watch ANY of the scenes I mentioned above once the fast motion fucking starts for a minute....every second or two there is a quick jerk in the movements, and it's only in the most recent scenes.

I will refrain from purchasing any GG videos since for some reason you guys cant re-render these anymore to make them watchable.

We watched the scenes you mentioned, but we couldn't locate those issues. Please advise which media player do you use to watch downloaded scenes? Do you get the same while streaming?

I use the most up to date VLC Media Player. Though for some reason, it doesn't appear others have experienced this issue as nobody else has posted about this, maybe I am just picky with my video.

However, no previous scenes have this jerking motion during the fast fucking, so it's definitely not my player.

I had the same problem sometimes, but last week I bought a 39´´led tv, I put the video in a pendrive, is OTHER WORLD, 10 times better than any PC or Laptop.Check it.

We watched several scenes in the latest version VLC again and didn't find any issues.

Given that Symbalar got rid of the problem by changing his device we suggest that you should try doing the same as well. Please try watching using KMPlayer and it's codecs set. Also, do you have a possibility to try watching on another computer or device?

Symbalar used a TV, that's hardly a feasible option and he was speaking in general terms. Anyway, again the Kendra Star DAP scene tonight, same EXACT problems. Just watch during the start of the DAP and most of the other penetration as well really, there is a horrible jerkiness to the video rendering it unwatchable. I was surprised not many other people were mentioning it, but then again it was really only TomUK and I that pointed out that horrible pixilation of other GG vids. I guess at this point people don't expect much from these Giorgio vids and don't bother complaining about the quality. The video quality itself is fine, and it's a shame to see these scenes of girls who have retired be unwatchable because of the jerkiness of the video. It's unfathomable to me that you don't see it, anyone with 2 eyes can see it.

That's why I have also joined that other site that is releasing these same GG scenes in 1080P, I wont mention the site name out of respect to Legalporno, but at least there I can get a lot of these same scenes without the horrible jerkiness in the video. I love Kendra Star, but the scene is so bad I deleted it and from this point on will not pay for any more GG scenes until this was resolved. This issue did not occur on any GG scenes until the 4 scenes I mentioned in my first message, before that the GG videos were nice and smooth, just some scenes were pixelated which is being addressed in another thread. Anyway, since I don't see this being fixed since Legalporno somehow cannot see this blatant problem, I will wait for these scenes to be released on that other site and just pay for the non-GG vids on this site.

GG norerestnetwork always bad quality, upscale and smae things...and 1080p at norest look like 480p upscaled, and much badder..))) i know tht other sites availible 1080p,..on legalprno only 720p..

Please write the exact time marks for those bad quality moments, we will try to have a look again using different players.

For the recent Kendra Star scene, the times below show good signs of the issue. I am amazed you can't see it :-) This issue has only started happening with the most recent 10-15 GG scenes. Looking at scenes before that, they have much smoother video.

You (admins) don't see the pixelation, because probably you don't use movies with WATERMARK (generated for each download, I checked md5sums when I downloaded the same movie 3 times).

You should shame on yourself for giving us, customers, that bad quality of movies and take money from us for this. I love GG scenes, but even much less popular sites have better video quality than yours.

I know there is a lot of piracy, BUT you should never treat your CUSTOMERS like that which pay you and appreciate your work. You are just going to piss us off and we just take our money and we will go to your competitions. Watermarks are fine for us, but not when they broke movies, so older movies shouldn't have watermarks at all (or please fix them).

I just downloaded the "Kitana Lure, Vanessa Vaughn, Karolina & Julia XXXMAS cream enema & anal fucking RS039" Scene, the 720p version.

From the looks of it, the video is fantastic. Unfortunately, there appears to be an encoding issue as every couple of seconds there are visual distortions and pixilation issues. Additionally, it's impossible to stream the videos as your servers bandwidth appears to be maxed out. I applaud your success, and want to subscribe every month, but this video needs to be re-upped, as do the others that people have mentioned.

If a moderator has already answered my request, I apologize.

I hope there is an update on the server bandwidth, and quality issue of SOME of the recent scenes.

Same issues here. There are actually two of the new creme scenes that have pixelation issues. The latest one "Kitana Lure, Vanessa Vaughn, Karolina & Julia XXXMAS cream enema & anal fucking RS039" Is pretty much unwatchable.I just re-downloaded it again as suggested and it is simply just really bad. "Liona Levi, Nataly, Sandra & Arwen Gold Xmas Russian assholes full of cream & more RS036" Is much better but it is still clearly visible intermittently throughout the scene. This is regardless of media player choice, even if you just download it to Pornbox and play it on the embedded browser in any browser from any device same issue the scene is absolutely corrupt. It's a damn shame too because the last three Creme scenes in December are absolutely on FIRE!!! All three are some of the best content ever posted on LP. They are pretty Great and I would love to enjoy them so please if anyone can help with making them watchable that would be Super Terrific!! Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.

Please re-up this when you can, the scene was awesome, but It kept having degradation in quality.

gg161 & gg190 were replaced.

gg342 & gg 356 were replaced as well. somebody, please confirm they are fine in the box.

One minor complaint: the pornbox currently includes not only the new, corrected versions, but also the old, defective versions, and the only way to tell them apart is to download both versions and compare them.

It would make things easier if you would just remove the old, defective versions from the pornbox entirely.

GG342 pixelation starts at 15:43 and for anything that moves fast including her butt cheeks moving lol
GG356 pixelation starts at 15:00 on guys leg moving back and forth.
But all this is minor and overall scene can be viewed with good quality.

When will RS036, RS039 and RS037 get fixed...these are pretty bad for me.

At least some progress is finally being made. In the other thread for this same issue, there were 2 scenes with my favorite girls that have the same pixelation issue that have still not been fixed. Any chance of fixing these anytime soon?

What other site ? My membership here will expire soon and I will not renew. All the problems, re-encoding for the stupid watermark and especially TimB's RUDENESS make me want to spend my money elsewhere. I would much rather join a site that cares about its customers.
