Video Download Issue - Ani Black Fox 8 It All

So today I tried to download the my first 8 it all video, the one with Ani Black Fox.

I have it in my pornbox, but even if I click exchange for 2.9 premium tickets it doesn't work. All it does is close the bar, as if I directly clicked it to close.

It doesn't take my tickets, thankfully, but it doesn't exchange, doesn't give me a download option. No rush, but please support help me fix this.

I don't know if anyone else downloaded it already, or if anyone had this trouble.

what browser? when one guy try with chrome, there is message appear about copirights, u must press agree, but with chrome no action..then this guy download with firefox and all ok..another guy download with chrome and all ok...but files downloaded not till add, he needed to redownload..to i think better download with firefox.

I'm with Chrome, version 37.0.2062.124. Though last time I had trouble with adding more tickets, it was also with Chrome, and to resolve it I went over to Firefox and it worked. I guess I could try that now, but I'm surprised I haven't heard anything from support here on the forum. Now I know I'm not alone in this problem, and that others have had success.
