Hi !

I have a strange problem with the picture sets.
After I downloaded the zip file, there always are some pictures in the pack which are corrupt, they are not fully loaded ! The number of corrupt pictures varies, It can be just one as well as twenty images !
It seems this problem concerns only the "free scenes" picture packs.
Any idea ?

yeah. Old scenes that have pictures have a bunch that are corrupted.
IMO the real problem is that new scenes only have 20-40 pictures, where old ones have the likes of 100-200...

The online gallery work just fine, the images display correctly but the resolution is lower. It seems they failed when they created the zip files

I couldn't agree more !!!! There is not enough pictures within the new ones ! Sometimes the sex part is completely forgotten ...
The picture sets from the old Sineplex stuff are better but wasted by these corrupt images !

But I predict a long list ... I don't really know for now because my subscription is pretty new but just on the first page of the category "free scenes", there are 15 scenes on 24 that have corrupted pictures !

You can always look at the gonzo.com image zip files - almost all have errors apart from a handful that have been complained about and rectified in the past.

The surprise when you download a gonzo.com image zip file is if it is correct. The expectation in downloading them is that they will be wrong and they usually are - 9 out of 10 minimum are wrong. It IS that bad.

Thanks but actually, nothing has changed for me. I downloaded some packs, the corrupted pictures are still there.
Maybe it's because I added these scenes on my Porn Box before you fix it .

I can't remove scenes on my PornBox account (why ?), there is a button "Remove selected videos" but no possibility to select them !

I have that problem too, with many scenes I added. There is no check box beside probably half of them or even more, so I can't select them and remove them.

One can remove only those scenes that are not purchased yet.

So that means all the free scenes can't be deleted, because they are "automatically purchased" when you add them to pornbox. I don't know how or why, but I have a scene in my box that I will never download. It turns out it has some guy/guy action in it. I may have clicked on it from the page of a model, and without watching it or looking at pictures, just clicked to add it to pornbox.

Now I see it, and I know I will never download it, and there is no way to select it to delete.

Edit: I understand the reason for it I think, so that if you pay for a scene it is always there for you, in case you lose it in the future on your computer or whatever. It's like a cloud storage system. But still there needs to be an option I think.

Yeah but the pornobox is limited to 1TB of storage, it's gonna be a problem in the future. I have about 70 scenes on my pornbox and almost 200GB are already used ...

But at the moment, the reason why I would want to delete videos, it's because of what TimB said. Apparently the galleries from the list I gave should be complete but for me, the damages pics are still there. Maybe that if I could generate new download links, it will work.

The problem with pictures won't be solved by deleting a scene from box and putting it back in. We are looking into the issue. I'll inform you once it's resolved.

It's not the end of the world, I don't need to see it, but why not give me the chance to unclutter anyhow. Why would the design not give the option to delete any scene you want to? I am always amazed at websites that don't give you options, especially when they are obvious

Today's (Saturday October 4th) older sets are a classic example of what is wrong with the image set zip files. I have not downloaded the new video -Aysha Rouge 3 on 1 big butt slut anal - so I cannot talk about it though I expect it will be ok - I have, however, downloaded both the gonzo.com and the firstgape.com sets.

The problem is mainly with the gonzo.com zip files - they are obviously not checked in any way before they are put on the website. The expectation when you download a gonzo.com image zip file is that it will be wrong in some way and it usually is.
