I am going to the link to add more tickets before my renewal, but when I click the buy button, nothing happens. When I right click and open the link in a new tab, it just reloads the same page to pick which bundle of tickets.

Still waiting guys for a fix. Buttons to buy tickets still do nothing when you click them. Same today as last night. I want to get the new release with Mea and Meg, but I can't. Where's the love, no one's even saying we're working on it

It's working for me. When I click the TKT tab at the top it takes me to a new screen but logs me out. Once I log-in again everything seems fine

Clicking any "buy" button does nothing, and right clicking and opening in another tab just loads the same page I am on. Nothing gives me payment options.

I do not get logged out at all when I go to that page, but I tried purposely logging out and signing back in, and it still gives me the same issues.

I went to the member area, and tried going to the reload tickets (+35 tickets) option, and that link doesn't do anything either.

If I log out of the site and try to buy tickets as a non-member, at the non-discounted price, the buttons still don't work. I can't seem to find a way to add tickets at all, anything I try. Still waiting for support to see this, but maybe the best way is to write a ticket request for support directly. I posted in here in case others were having this trouble.

You don't have to buy tickets to test it. Just click the button and see if it works to take you somewhere or not. I'd say it was my browser and maybe try a different one but all other site pages and links work fine. Just this.

Problem can't be easily detected, for now it is not reproducing.

So I got my tickets. The site worked fine when I tried on Firefox. The problem for me only happens on Google Chrome. Anyhow, maybe it's some add on or something in my browser since it doesn't seem to happen to everyone. All taken care of for me though. Thank you.

I found this workaround: right-click on the "Buy" button and choose "Copy Link Location". Then paste the link in a new tab. It worked for me (Firefox).
