Can't view or download anything

Since over a month I cannot view or download any video's although I've a membership on Vira Gold. The only thing that I get to see is: Here is problems detected!
I bought also another scene for my librabrary but its the same problem.

Can you please look into my account?

Which video are you trying to access?

You have a normal ticket membership where you exchange tickets for scenes. Any scene on Pornbox, for you, has to be unlocked with tickets, unless you have an active membership other than ticket membership(which you do not at this time)
