Hello! I reciently registered and today I bought 10 tkts and exchanged them for one video, but i couldn't download them. I got Message "Downloads denied. Contact support to unlock your account". Did I had to buy membership instead, or what is the problem

Now I have 0 tickets and I still can't download video I'd exchanged.
With no warning and NO MONEY REFUND? Seriously!?!?!

Your purchase was refunded on July 23rd, 2014. Please check you bank records. Also, please refer to your support ticket dated July 25th.
