Trouble joining and getting tickets

I tried signing up yesterday to get some tickets and some movies.
I got the typical response for many others that "We've detected unusual activity on your account and blocked it. To restore access to your account you should pass device confirmation. Unfortunately you don't have phone numbers or mobile devices associated to your account. We recommend you to contact Customer Support."
I can confirm that my account was created. I received the email with my login and assigned password. Also if I try to resend the activation email, it tells me "Account already activated on this website," and won't send it.
Now however, I get the above warning, whenever I try to sign in with my new details. I have not given any payment information yet, or received anything other than the initial email, because nothing has come up for me to do anything else. I am signing in from my laptop at home, and as you can see this isn't some issue with a new IP because I am roaming somewhere different than when I signed up, or using my phone.
I did write support, that was yesterday and still haven't heard back. So I am also writing in here because I want to ensure this delay is normal, or if there is a problem and I should contact them again. Also I wish to get some of the movies before Friday night.
Thank you in advance, and I apologize if this post is done too impatiently. I'm just looking for a sign up, and I have not had this problem with any other sites I signed up to. Out of dozens, this is the only one that gives this problem.

Be patient , sometimes support delay 1 o 2 days , no more

Thank you I will try. Hopefully by Friday evening, because what better way to finish a Friday night party?

I checked my ticket status on IDCert support, and two days later it still says "This request is awaiting assignment to a support agent" 2 days, and now well into the weekend, and still no one is even looking into my issue? Do you guys want the business or not? And now I have company coming to visit, and won't be able to be on very much for the next week. This is terrible customer service.

Its a hassle we all go through. I think they only have one person doing all the technical support. Its worth the wait though.

Thanks, that's encouraging. I really do appreciate it. As it's now Sunday, I put my request in on Thursday and apparently has no agent assigned yet.

Do you know that as a fact from the company? If not why, and if so do you know when? Also why I have I not heard from anyone where I wrote my problems. It still shows waiting for support agent to be assigned. This is sad for me

Thanks Tim, I got an email finally, and it says only exactly the same line you gave me in this forum. My answer is the same as what I wrote in my support ticket, and I copy it here, since I'm really disappointed.
"That's it? Really? No apology? No explanation as to why/what the problem is? If it can or if it will be fixed? When it might be fixed?
I wrote a longer story, I waited 4 days for someone to get back to me, and all you say is "can't be unblocked?"
You don't even sound like you want my business. Holy, I've never seen anything like this in customer service. I can join 20 adult accounts or probably 100 more other ones, but can't buy points for movies from yours? And you don't say anything about it, like sorry, we are having an issue for some reason. We hope we can fix it soon. Wow. I've clearly never heard something like that before from anyone who WANTED my money."

Well again that doesn't help? If there's an issue maybe if I knew what it was I could change it or try and fix it. I am a real person, ready to buy movies like everyone else. If you think I'm fake or a criminal you're wrong. And again it sure feels like there's no interest in my business. :/

Two weeks later and still can't join. I have no idea why I am being blocked. I have never misused a credit card, never been banned or a problem on any forum, any other site I joined. My IP has not been associated with any problem I have been made aware of. It appears as if I am being singled out by a glitchy, problematic security system that is not controlled by people but by an arbitrary machine. I can't imagine a company wouldn't WANT to have me as a customer, and do everything to get that working, when someone is wanting to pay and subscribe.
