Hi,
i have this message : "High-level videos downloads denied. Please, contact support. Contact support to unlock your account."
I contacted support, no result
2 weeks I paid and no result.The problem isn't solved !
help me please

Did you confirm that attestation was accepted? Ask support to check.

Please let me know your username, or write a new ticket. I do not see any ticket from the date you described, so it had to be dealt with.
