I purchased 2 of the newer GG exclusive scenes (GG_Exclusive_154 and GG_Exclusive_146) and there appears to be a lot of distortion/pixellation during the fast motion parts of the scenes. None of the other GG scenes I have purchased have this problem.

Can this be rectified by re-encoding or is there a problem with the source material?

Nobody can respond to this? I think that if the problem exists with the source material and cannot be rectified then you should not be charging tickets for these scenes. The pixellation significantly detracts from the enjoyment of the scenes.

I would appreciate it if somebody from LegalPorno staff could view these scenes and give me their comments.

I have tested the issue and I confirm this problem. I have reported this to the content managers.

Just purchased the latest GG Exclusive 190 with Grace Young and it has exactly the same problem. I really don't think you should be releasing these scenes until this problem is resolved as I wouldn't have spent tickets on them if I'd known about it.

I didn't purchase it yet but is clear from trailers that problem exists with this scene. I will purchase the scene if/when problem is resolved as she is one of my favourite girls of all time.

You know, if they did not re-encode to insert that watermark, most likely that error would not happen.

And re-encoding MPEG's also lowers quality.

Yeah, it sucks they are so pixelated, these are exclusive scenes with very hot girls that have left the industry - Nike, Lara/Amanda, Dusya, etc

Honestly, I don't know why I'm even bothering to report these. It's not like any of these errors that people report ever get fixed anyway.

For example, here's a problem (viewtopic.php?f=68&t=7306) that you were supposed to be fixing, and after 4 months, it's still not fixed. To be honest, I'd be very surprised if it's fixed anytime in the next 4 months, either.

At the very least, if you have no plans of fixing these scenes, could we at least get a refund of the tickets we spent on them?

Again, if these aren't going to be fixed, they should be moved to the free section and those of us who have already purchased them should get our tickets refunded.

To put out so many defective scenes is basically fraudulent, and totally unacceptable!

I've been refraining from purchasing GG scenes for this very reason. LP - get on the ball and fix this. Especially if you're not going to release any new updates for several days or talk to us about what's going on behind the scenes.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. This company produces the best content in the industry, but the worst service. The dichotomy is unbelievable. These issues should never have even happened in the first place, but at the very least, they should have been fixed a very long time ago when they were first reported.

My thoughts exactly. If any other company had so many technical issues, or took so long to fix them, they would have gone out of business long ago.

This issue is being looked into, hopefully it will be resolved soon.

The VERY hot GG update tonight with Marta and Amanda/Lara is not pixelated and looks good compared to the most recent scenes, so hopefully the bugs have been worked out.

Now - are the previous scenes mentioned going to be resolved I hope? There are some real gems here!

After many scenes with no problems, the pixelation issue seems to have returned with the latest 3 GG updates:

All 3 of these scenes have bad pixelation during fast motion and you should not be allowing members spend tickets on them until this has been corrected.

Seems the problem is in the older GG scenes. Makes me believe they cant be fixed or it would of been done already.

You are quite possibly correct. I've been asking if a problem exists with the source material but nobody from the LP staff has confirmed this yet which suggests that this assumption is correct and they just don't want to confirm that they are releasing broken scenes.

Some of the older GG scenes don't have this problem so I still have a feint hope that this is just an encoding issue and not an issue with the original source material. We really need some confirmation from staff on this.

This situation really needs to be fixed ASAP. With the recent decline in quality following the Sineplex/Gonzo split, the GG scenes have been the best thing about this site for the last couple of months. Having them ruined by these technical problems is very frustrating.
