I joined the site yesterday... I have been trying to download videos (high quality) all day and No Luck! I either get an error message that teh file was not available on the server - or the file appears on the desktop with the correct name - but has ZERO bytes - obviously will not play.
Sent in a support ticket - hope they get it resolved soon!

I have recently tried downloading again - two files have downloaded and appear to play... maybe the issue is fixed!?
